Convergence
Every 37 days, holders In Resonance vote on how the available community budget is used. This cycle is called Convergence. If redistribution wins, a separate vote selects the external NFT collection to purchase.

The wallet balance is read on-chain. The voting budget is 70% of available community funds after known order obligations, unpaid founder shares and refunds; the other 30% remains an emergency buffer.
Where the 70% pool goes
Every 37 days, the community decides what the available treasury budget does. Each eligible verified member distributes 100 equal voting points across the proposals. Fragments remain Workshop currency and redistribution draw tickets. If Loyalty Echoes wins, the collection vote selects which external collection is purchased.
One member, one voice
Verified community members share equal voting power. Votes open together in the final seven days of the cycle. Your Resonance must have lasted 37 days at opening. Catalysts start a discussion; they do not buy extra votes.

Public redistribution draw
If redistribution is approved, tickets are frozen at cycle close. The public draw runs automatically after the purchased NFTs are confirmed in the treasury and the prize list is locked. One ticket per whole Fragment, one NFT maximum per wallet. From Cycle 3, a wallet holds at most the smallest of its balance, the Fragments it earned in the last 37 days, and 333 tickets. NFTs are assigned randomly; rarer pieces are harder to receive because fewer are in the prize pool.

The result is fixed and remains visible after the live draw. Transfers are signed by the treasury wallet and recorded separately.
